Generation Fails Immediately

Check:

• prompt is not empty
• input image size is within limit
• your credit balance is enough

Long Processing Time

Complex prompts may take longer. During processing, keep the page open so status can refresh.

Timeout and Refund

If a task times out and fails, credits are automatically refunded by the system.

Upload Issues

If upload appears stuck:

• confirm file type is supported
• reduce file size
• retry with a stable network

Policy Block

Generation is blocked for:

• real human face photos (selfies, portraits, public figures)
• explicit violence
• NSFW content

Use stylized, non-real-human references and compliant prompts, then retry.
